C is for Curse – A Swan Lake Anthology

I’m thrilled to announce the publishing of my newest short story, “A Swan Alone,” in the book C is for Curse: A Swan Lake Anthology. It’s is on sale, $0.99 for the ebook until October 2nd. Click here to snag it now. It’s also available in paperback. When I decided to take on the Swan Lake retelling, I wasn’t all that familiar with the tale so I immersed myself in it. Have you ever wanted something so bad for so long that you pretty much gave up on ever achieving it? That is how I felt about ever being a published author. It’s been a long and winding couple of years on my journey of writing fiction, but it’s finally happened and I want to share it with you. He is the High Priest and has high expectations of his daughter, who feels…

In October I reviewed some of my favorite classic Christian fiction, Hinds’ Feet on High Places, Redeeming Love, and Pilgrim’s Progress, in preparation to participate in  National Novel Writing Month. Since the mid 90’s NaNoWriMo has grown from a group of friends writing in a cafe to an international community of thousands of writers who participate in writing a novel (at least 50,000 words) in the month of November. I’ve been wanting to write fiction for a…
